"Giving the Present of Presence to Lonely Seniors", is about being there for and spending time with seniors. There are many lonely seniors in the world today where a little bit of attention can go a long way to end this epidemic. Jessica brings cards of encouragement as well as treat bags to seniors at assisted living facilities in her community. She strives to spread joy and kindness to seniors letting them know they are truly valued, loved, and not alone. In addition, Jessica loves her other many community service projects like, being a volunteer Disney Princesses for the Ronald McDonald House, packing meals for Feed My Starving Children, sending thank you cards to Soldiers' Angels, performing at the Mall of America to raise money for MusicLink Foundation, making fleece blankets for children at the Children’s Hospital, and being a bell ringer to raise money for the Salvation Army.

Dr Shannon founded "Battle Buds" to proide fully ttrained emotional Support Golden Retrievers for Veteran's, or their families, who could not qualify for a fully funded service dog but needed the support of an exceptionally trained Golden Retriever. Her personal service dogs, Britian and Liberty, provide community support at Veteran's event such as visits to Veteran's Cemeteries or working the medical tent at Hand in Paw's Mutt Strutt in her community. When Dr. Shannon's dogs have a liter, it is her pleasure to donate the proceeds to provide one puppy with full service dog training and donate that pup to a Veteran or a Veteran's family. To date, her sevice dogs have alerted one heart attack, one diabetic coma and several ocular migraeines as well as providing many days of calming comfort and support to those they serve. Her goal is to replicate the "Battle Buds" model across the nation serving those that served our nation with honor. As the American Legion Commander of the only all female led Post in the State of Alabama, Dr. Shannon is continuously active serving Veterans in her community.

Kristy started her own mission to help shelter animals called #Fureverloved. Through this platform, she hosts fundraisers for shelter pets and raises awareness about these adoptable animals, hoping they will find their #Fureverhome. In the winter, she volunteers by gathering blankets for area shelters and assisting in other ways. In the summer, she runs a "Clear the Shelters" campaign and has helped over 10,000 shelter animals find homes so far. #Fureverloved is 100% volunteer-driven. Kristy's goal is to open a #Fureverloved Animal Sanctuary someday. She was also inspired to start the Rainbow Bridge Memorial Project. Thanks to wonderful donors, she was able to construct the #Fureverloved Double Rainbow Bridge Memorial, which is currently one of only a few public Rainbow Bridge Memorials in the world.
